Business Survey Part 1 2009 On 30 April 2009, FRD commenced distribution of a survey designed to gauge the impact of the economic downturn on businesses throughout the Fleurieu Region. Light Manufacturing Industry - Supply & Demand Chain Mapping Report By reviewing the Fleurieu Peninsula Light Manufacturing Industry Value Chain in the context of this project key issues have been identified, which will if addressed, enhance the capacity of the Light Manufacturing Industry in the Region. The project has focused on identifying industry sectors and contacting businesses that make up the Light Manufacturing Industry in the Fleurieu Peninsula (excluding food, wine and boat building). The process included developing a Light Manufacturing Industry Value Chain model to summarise the key issues for emerging businesses and the resources currently available to assist them. South Coast Study: Keeping Pace The South Coast: Keeping Pace Study is an initiative of the City of Victor Harbor, Alexandrina Council and the Fleurieu Regional Development Corporation. It provides an overview of recent demographic changes in the region and canvasses employment, investment and business opportunities into the future.
